Summary: Staff were so helpful all the time. They went above and beyond. Room was always spotless and breakfast was great. The city of Prague is spectacular as well.

Summary: The room was very nice. Big, clean, well decorated and very appropriately equipped. The place is very quiet- hard to imagine that it is located right in tye city center. Location is perfect- easy to walk to all major tourist attractions, and endless variety of places to eat and drink around. Staff were very polite and helpful. Parking is available only as valley parking, it costs 40 euro per night, and they take your car to some place far away. Your car is inaccessible while away, and you need to say beforehand when you want it back. Breakglfast was nice, with good variety. All in all, this is a good hotel in a perfect location. Having said that, in my opinion it is overpriced, especially considering it has no additional facilities (no gym, no swimming pool, and even the reception is at the building next door). Would stay again, if the modify the price.

Summary: Loved our stay at Waldstein Hotel in the family room. We all thought the breakfast was an excellent spread and set us for the day. Such easy walk to all the main attractions but still nice and quiet. Our daughter loved having her own space in the room. Thoroughly recommend.
